Good location, reasonable rate. Large comfortable room.
Decor could use some updating and there was no way to figure out how to turn out the main light in the room. Finally I just removed my key from the power supply in order to go to bed. Check in staff couldn't have been nicer but I suspect management has removed from them the ability to make discretionary decisions. I had a fairly easy problem but they were unable to solve it, never the less they did not lose their good humor, they were very service oriented. Food in the restaurant was prepared fresh and was a good value.

The price was ok. The location was good since it was close to the borders and we were heading towards Oman.
I didn't like the way we've been received. The staff in the parking shrugged our request for a parking lot. The receiptionist did not give us any attention when we came in. We couldn't easily find the location so we kept calling for over an hour but nobody answered. The staff claimed that Booked.net registered the wrong number. The tv channells were very limited.

It was good to be Al-Massa Hotel 1. Hotel is fair enough to stay if you coming the area for couple days. Also, the staff working there was polite and neat. I got answers for all of my questions. Thanks everyone of you.
The first thing is address information. In my case, I can from dubai with taxi and I visited all Massa Hotels and, finally, at the end I got Al-Massa Hotel 1. It took almost 1 hour to find the hotel in the city. You should put some kind of sign at the entrance of the city from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. And, of course a map from Dubai international Airport to Al-Ain or from Abu Dhabi. Anyway, it was not easy for me to find your hotel in Al-Ain. The last thing, you should add the hotel some kind of stores to sell clothes, electronics and some other things such that, someone is coming for the conference like me with short time, can buy something as souvenir.
